After a successful period in retail, I entered financial services in 1990 with TSB Trust Company as a Financial Adviser. After several years of success I was invited to join the Sales Training team which is where my interest and passion for coaching emerged.
In 1996 I joined the newly created division of Prudential. The Prudential Private Financial Planning Services which specialised in providing comprehensive financial planning to High Net Worth Clients. After developing a successful practice with them I was then given the opportunity to build my own team who I guided, motivated and coached to achieve top honours.
Five years later I set up my own business development coaching practice and began working with a number of financial services companies helping them to achieve their business goals and objectives. It was during this period that I was introduced to Adviser Breakthrough Solution where I worked with the founder Paul Cadde to co-design and deliver a range of business development coaching programmes specifically tailored to help Independent Financial Advisers and Planners make significant breakthroughs in their business and personal lives. These programmes were delivered to over 1100 advisers nationally and are still running today. In addition to these programmes I also delivered business development workshops and seminars on behalf of a number of leading Insurance companies such as Skandia (now Old Mutual Wealth), Zurich, Bankhall Sesame Group, Positive Solutions and Friends Life.
Today I run my own coaching practice helping numerous Financial Advisers and Planners to develop themselves and their businesses.
