Team Development workshops are a good opportunity to remind your employees of the long term goals that your company are striving to achieve, and how the company’s success can benefit each and every member of the team. Allowing participants to share knowledge, experience and ideas will encourage and support them to develop the organisation’s strategic vision, mission and aims. As an experienced workshop leader I can harness the power of your team to produce more effective and collaborative results.

 Example Team Development Session

  • Learn the 4 stages of Team development
  • Understand Team Values (The Shield)
  • Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis
  • Personality Profiling (DISC) explained and learning styles discussed

Example Business Development Session

  • Clarify the Vision. Typically this exercise is based on a 3 year period of time. This will involve discussions around turnover, staffing, location & marketing.
  • 12 month Breakthrough Plan. Once the Vision is clarified we will then break it down into an achievable plan. We will identify the main areas to focus on over the next 12 months and agree the actions needed.
  • The Vital Few. We will create a 12 week action plan and will assign individual team member responsibilities and deadlines.
